A former assistant program director for SIUE's Talent Search program was sentenced Friday for misusing grant funds for the program, including buying personal gift cards, groceries, alcohol and electronics. More than one in five individuals have contracted herpes, and almost 70 percent of the population contracts herpes in one form or another, according to Director of Health Services Riane Greenwalt.
